- 1. Area of Application
- For any orders at our online shop the following terms and conditions shall apply.
- 2. Partner, customer service
- The sales contract is concluded with Evitex, Florian Macheleidt. For further information, please go to imprint. Our customer service can be reached via email, contact@lordofsocks.com.
- 3. Conclusion of contract
- By setting the products on our website/online shop we give our customers a firm offer for these products. The conclusion of contract takes place when customers clicks at the product, push then into shopping cart and places the order. Directly after placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation of order via email.
- Condition for an effective conclusion of contract is always, the completion of order.

- 4. Shipping costs
- We ship our products within Germany and selected European countries, which can be taken from the following list.
Shipment within Germany will take 2-3 working days after receipt of payment.
Shipment in one of the selected European countries will take 4-5 working days after receipt of payment.

Payment can take place in advance, by credit card or paypal. Credit card payment takes place via paypal.

- 6. Collection by the customer
- We deliver our products by mail. A collection of the goods by the customer is not possible.
- 7. Damages in transit
- Should the goods be delivered in apparent damage to you, please claim this immediately to the deliver and get immediately in touch with us. The failure of not claiming or contacting us has no consequences on your rights aspecially on your warranty claim. In fact this is to help us in order to assert our claims to our forwarding agents and the transport insucrance.

Notice of cancellation
Right of withdrawal- The customer may withdraw from the contract in writing ( e.g. by letter, email) within 14 days without giving any reason or by returning the goods in case the item has been delivered before expiry of said term.
- The term starts with receipt of these instructions in writing, however not before delivery of the goods to the recipient (in case of recurring deliveries of the same type of goods not before receiving the first partial delivery) and not before the information duties according to article 246 section 2 German Civil Code EGBGB as well as section 312g, section 1 subsection 1 German Civil Code BGB in combination with article 246 section 3 German Civil Code EGBGB have been fulfilled. The withdrawal deadline is to be adhered to if the notice of withdrawal or the goods was sent. The notice of withdrawal has to be sent to:

Consequences of cancellation
In case of an effective cancellation, both parties shall return the received goods, payments and all other derived benefits (e.g. interests). In case the customer is unable to return any or all of the received goods and benefits or in case he returns them in diminished state, the customer shall compensate Lord of Socks for the lost value. This shall not apply for objects when the reduction of their value is caused exclusively by testing them – e.g. the way the customer in a store may evaluate merchandise.
Objects suitable for shipments shall be returned at our own risk. The customer shall bear the routine costs of returning the merchandise provided the goods have been delivered as ordered and the price of the return goods does not exceed 40 euros or in case of merchandise valued at more than 40 euros, if at time of cancellation the customer has not performed as stipulated or has not made the contractually agreed partial or full payment. In all other cases the customer may return the goods free of charge. Objects not suitable for shipments by parcel post shall be picked up at the customer’s permises. The obligation to return received payments shall be fulfilled within 30 days. For the customer the grace period starts with the date the cancellation is sent or the object is returned. For the vendor, Lord of Socks the grace period starts with the receipt of the returned goods.
Agreement of bearing costs in context of cancellation
We make use of the opportunity to impose you of the costs of a return in the context of the foregoing instruction of the legal cancellation right. You have to take the costs of a return in case that the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and in case that the price of the delivered goods does not exceed 40 euros and if the price of the goods does exceed 40 euros and you have not effected payment or a partly payment at the time of cancellation.

- 9. Recording of wording of a contract
- Lord of socks saves the wording of contract and send you the order information and our general terms and conditions by E-mail. The customer also has the possibility to view or to download our general terms and conditions at any time on our web page or to view his previous orders in his data profil.
- 10. Other
10.1 - Choice of Law
- This contract is governed by German law.
10.2 - Venue
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Terms and conditions shall be finally settled by the courts of Berlin.
10.3 - Binding Version
- The binding version of this Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy is the according German version.
10.4 - Severability
- If any provision of this contract is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions are not affected thereby.
